During my employment at Sky Recruitment Solutions, I was given time and opportunities to create graphic design assets to be used throughout the company and client sites. Below are all of the assets I created, starting with the Powerpoint presentation competition which I had won.

This PowerPoint presentation served as a template for the Managing Director to use during the Company Annual Review meeting. It was seen by all of my colleagues, and I was awarded lunch with the Managing Director as a result of winning. I opted for a clean, creative, and professional design, incorporating the brand colours, hexagons and lines throughout to add visual interest.

This image was created to promote a job opening that Sky Recruitment was advertising on social media. It features a monochromatic colour palette, soft rounded corner boxes, and strategically placed graphics to establish visual hierarchy.
The following designs are posters I created for display within the office. The first poster features a memorable new quote that helps remind us of the proper breathing technique: "Smell the Flower, Blow the Pollen." This serves as a reminder to inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

This poster lists the contact numbers for all the Sky Recruitment offices, as well as the umbrella company, Capella Professional. The previous version had outdated numbers and was so small that it was difficult to read from my desk. I created this new design to ensure the numbers are easily legible, especially when speaking with candidates and needing to provide contact details for a specific office.

This poster above was designed towards the end of 2024, as part of a task from my manager to express gratitude to all candidates on behalf of Sky Recruitment Solutions and the client. I aimed to create a sleek, eye-catching design that would stand out from the rest of the posters, which were primarily orange.

This poster above was created in early December to promote Christmas events hosted by the client. It was a fun project, where I used various elements to craft a festive yet subtle design. Both posters were created using Canva.
Certificates
At the Recruitment Agency, we prioritised exceptional service for both clients and candidates. To show appreciation and motivate candidates, we introduced the Employee of the Month award, which included a certificate and a box of chocolates. The previous Employee of the Month certificate lacked appeal, appearing plain and unimportant as a goal.

On the left is the previous certificate. On the right is the redesigned version I created, which offers a more visually appealing, professional, and polished look.
In addition to the Employee of the Month program, we have the Star of the Year award, given to one candidate working with a client at the end of each calendar year. I designed both the 2024 Star of the Year promotional poster and certificate. The poster features images of the 2024 winner, helping to inform candidates about the scheme.

Above is the promotional poster, which was printed, laminated, and displayed on-site for candidates. Next is the redesigned Star of the Year certificate. The previous design featured flowers and leaves, which I felt were too feminine. To make it more inclusive, I created a universal design with wave elements in the corners, incorporating the Sky Recruitment Solutions and client colours, along with five stars at the top to highlight the 'Star of the Year' award.
