My role at Coventry Building Society Arena is to aid and support all departments across the business. I have worked with Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Retail, HR and Events. I create all sorts of different graphic and creative assets, some examples are: updating Brochures, creating Merchandise, Prints, Posters and digital assets, resize artwork for events and I created the Sales Proposals on Qwilr. Below I have broken up just a fraction of what I have worked on into categories.
CBS Live 2026 Mini Relaunch
At the beginning of 2026, CBS Arena decided to relaunch the CBS Live brand, focusing on our offerings in venue choices, and the attraction to Promoters holding their live events here at the Arena. As of late 2026, the relaunch has not launched to the public, however I am so proud of the work I have done for the brand.
CBS Live Promoters Guide
The Promoters Guide had not been updated since 2013. Using the old brochure as a guide for information, I recreated this Promoters Guide from scratch. I am extremely proud of the finish of this, with layouts and imagery as I feel the sub-brand CBS Live deserves to have its own separate style and finish to the rest of the Arena’s branding. I worked with Sales, Marketing, Venue Operations and Events to complete this brochure.
CBS Live Animations
I also created 3 sets of introduction videos, all ever to slightly different which were to be played around the Arena on the day of the launch. This is the Atrium Screens, North and South. We had a brand agency create a sizzler video which is to also be played around the Arena, however only on the South and Video screens. So I created a long Atrium animation as no other videos would be playing on the screen. The North Entrance animation is kept short as the location of this screen is where people only see in passing.
Finally, I also created a very short teaser video, this consists of a snippet from the Sizzler video that the brand agency created. I edited this so it does not show the CBS Live logo during the Animation. I also found a free royalty-free sound using Pixabay which fits the similarity of live music beats and a heartbeat.
Take That – Gift of Concert Campaign
This brief was to promote the sale of the gold hospitality tickets sold by the Coventry Building Society Arena. This campaign was live to the public from December 1st – December 24th 2025, in locations all around the west Midlands.
I created this design on Illustrator, using Photoshop to create assets. I used my knowledge of graphic design, CBS Arena and Take That’s Circus live to create this on brand, festive and informative design which directs viewers to the CBS Arena website to purchase Gold Hospitality Tickets.
Sales Promotional Materials
These promotional materials were used digitally only, sent via email to previous and potential clients. I used Adobe Illustrator to create these designs and adhered to Coventry Building Society Arena Branding.
Merchandise
One project I have worked on is creating Merchandise for the Sales team. These items were given to C&E (Conference & Exhibition) clients, as well as to VIP guests at Live Events, to create a long lasting memory of their time at CBS Arena.
For this brief I needed to create two separate designs, one for C&E and one for Live, for each of the following products.

CBS Live Event Invitations
When it comes to Live Events, some of the Sales Team are given the opportunity to invite clients as part of a FAM night. For these invitations, I design a digital invitation which is sent to the client via email. And those above are the Live Events I have been involved in.
Qwilr Proposals
In August 2026, Coventry Building Society Arena entered a partnership with Legends Global, and part of this change was to streamline and improve the way the Sales Team send proposals to clients. The go-to website for Legends was Qwilr. I was given a login, and I set up the blocks, and created the templates for ease of use for the sales team.
